I have an iPhone 11 and recently encountered some bizarre issues after clicking a dubious link. Initially, my phone froze, and after restarting, it was unresponsive for two days. Then, strange things began happening: my location settings switch off on their own, a Bitmoji that resembles me appeared on Snapchat without anyone else logged in, the wallpaper time color changes randomly, notifications turn off by themselves, and I've received weird login prompts from Instagram. I went to Apple and performed a restore without a backup, but the problems persist. Is this a network-related attack? Could other devices on the same network also be affected, meaning I'd continue to face issues regardless of what I do? What can I do to fix this?

Hacking an iPhone is pretty tough, especially from the network level. Since you did a factory reset but connected your iCloud for photos, it’s possible some settings or issues have been reintroduced. Maybe try a hard reset and see if that helps clear out the weirdness.
It doesn't really sound like you've been hacked. It’s more likely just a glitch or possibly a problem with your iOS version. When they restored your phone, did they do a complete factory reset or just a standard one? That's crucial to know if it cleared everything properly.
Is your iPhone running on an outdated version of iOS? Keeping your system updated can fix a lot of bizarre bugs and issues. If you haven't checked for updates recently, that might be a good first step.
