My keyboard keeps typing the letter ‘W’. Help?

Hey everyone! I've run into a weird issue with my Topre Realforce keyboard—whenever I start up my PC, it's non-stop typing the letter 'W'. The key itself seems fine, and isn't physically stuck. I've noticed that the 'key lock' light is on above the numpad, which might be related. I've tried using Fn with the - key (which I think is supposed to control it) but that didn't work, nor did the Ctrl or Windows keys. I'm totally at a loss here! Any suggestions on what's going on and how to fix it?

I managed to switch off the 'key lock' with Fn + F12, but the 'W' spam is still happening. Unplugging the keyboard for ten minutes might help reset it if you haven’t tried that yet.

There might be something shorting out in the keyboard. If you're comfortable with it, you could try disassembling your Topre keyboard to clean it out. Just make sure you check for any liquids or gunk inside!

I've never disassembled a keyboard before, but I’m willing to give it a shot. I bet there's a tutorial video for it!

Have you tried popping off the 'W' keycap to check underneath? Sometimes debris or buildup can cause issues. Just make sure to inspect it closely!

I actually did take the cap off. The key seems to be fine, moves up and down without any trouble. It only starts typing 'W' when I leave it alone.
