My laptop suddenly can’t connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth – help!

I'm having a frustrating problem where my laptop, which is a Victus gaming model running Windows 11 with 32 GB of RAM and an Intel i5-13420H CPU, lost connection to my Bluetooth headphones out of nowhere on Wednesday. Later that night, I noticed that both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth options disappeared from the menu on the right side of my screen, and the Airplane Mode option is also grayed out. I've tried restarting the laptop and disabling/re-enabling the network adapter via Device Manager, but I'm not sure about changing anything on my home Wi-Fi setup since the other devices in the house are connecting just fine. Any advice?

It sounds like this might be a driver issue. I recommend checking HP's website to download the latest drivers for your laptop's network and Bluetooth. Make sure to look for both MediaTek and Realtek driver options, as your laptop may have different drivers associated with it. Just a heads up, always download drivers from trusted sources like the manufacturer's website and avoid third-party sites. That way you know you're getting the right stuff!

That's good advice! Just a quick note: If your laptop doesn't have internet access, you can download the drivers on another computer and transfer them using a USB drive. Just make sure to get the right drivers for your specific model!
