I've realized that my neighbor has been stealing my Wi-Fi for nearly a year now! It all started when I saw duplicate devices showing up in my Xfinity app. They've even gone as far as changing device names and messing with my settings, including the thermostat. I've tried switching to a new modem and carrier and got new phones, but they connected to my network almost immediately. I'm not very tech-savvy and I really need help finding reliable software to protect my devices. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Definitely change your Wi-Fi name and password to something random and complex. This will make it much harder for them to crack it. And make sure you enable two-step verification if that option is available to you.
I actually did that initially, but it seems like they somehow figured out how to get back on.
It’s really not hard to change both the name and password of your Wi-Fi. Just take a bit of time to go into your router settings and adjust them!
