I recently built my own PC and everything powers on, but I'm not getting any display on my monitor. The boot LED is lit up, indicating it's starting. I've double-checked the cables, but I'm still stuck. The graphics card has a blue light, and I've connected the monitor cable to it. What could be wrong?

Have you checked that the CPU power socket is connected properly? If it's not seated right, the system might power up but won't actually POST to the monitor. Make sure it's connected.
Also, double-check which port your monitor is using to connect to the graphics card. Sometimes if you have multiple outputs on your GPU, it can be tricky!
It sounds like a RAM issue. Try reseating your RAM sticks—take them out and put them back in firmly. If you have multiple sticks, try booting with just one at a time. Also, make sure your graphics card is securely seated in its PCIe slot. Don't forget to check that the monitor cable is snug on both ends and consider trying a different port on the graphics card. If you still have no luck, try resetting the CMOS by removing the battery for about five minutes, or look into updating your motherboard’s BIOS if you can.
