My Nintendo Switch Seems to Be Hacked – Help Needed!

I woke up around 7:30 AM today, and my Nintendo Switch was just sitting beside me in sleep mode. Suddenly, it turned on by itself, almost as if someone was pressing the home button multiple times. I grabbed it and realized that someone else was actually accessing my Switch. I'm not sure how it happened, but I quickly took precautions: I unlinked all payment methods, changed my password and email, cleared the cache, and reset the keyboard. However, the issue persists. It feels like someone is still controlling my Switch—manipulating the Joy-Con buttons and everything else. I've emailed Nintendo, but I've heard they're not very helpful, so I'm hoping someone here might have some advice. After doing all the recommended steps, I turned off my Switch, but when I tried to play it again later, nothing changed. Additionally, I received a random phone call from +447367366951 while my Switch was off. Can anyone help me out? What could have happened, and how can I fix this? I've checked my Google accounts and phone files, and everything seems normal there.
