I recently faced an issue with water getting into my PC, but after it dried, everything seemed fine except for the GPU, which wasn't displaying or spinning its fans. I decided to replace my old GPU (a 4060) with a new one (a 9060 XT). Now, my PC boots up to the BIOS screen, but I'm not sure what to check next as I'm very new to this. My motherboard is an MSI B660M-A Wifi. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like there might be something else damaged apart from the GPU. Water damage can be tricky, and sometimes other components get affected without obvious signs. It’s worth checking everything again.
You might want to check if your drive is being detected by BIOS. It's an essential step, especially since you've swapped GPUs. If you're unsure about this, I can guide you on how to check it in the BIOS.
Since this is your first time messing with BIOS, it can be confusing. If the BIOS shows your drive, that's a good sign! Otherwise, we might need to look into other issues with your setup.

What could have broken besides the GPU? My motherboard was just showing a white LED, so I’m not sure what to look for.
