My PC Freezes Right After Boot – Need Help!

I've built a PC for a friend featuring an Intel Core i5 14400F, 32GB of Lexar RAM (running at 5600MHz instead of 6000MHz due to BIOS settings), an RTX 5060 graphics card, and an ASUS PRIME B760M-K motherboard. Recently, I've been experiencing random freezes mostly during startup, including the initial loading screen. The issue started shortly after assembling the system. I've tested the RAM using MemTest86 at both frequencies and found no errors after two passes. Also, I ran the Intel Diagnostic Tool, and the CPU passed without any issues. However, the Windows Event Logger shows loss of power, which I believe is due to the need for multiple restarts to resolve the freeze. I also encountered a WHEA-1 error once, but it hasn't reappeared in the last few days. I'm really puzzled about what's causing this problem!

It might be easier to troubleshoot if you think about returning the components if you're still eligible. A hardware issue with one of the parts, like the motherboard, could be the culprit, and diagnosing that can be a hassle.

Yeah, I'm past the return window so I'll have to check if I can get it under warranty. Might try disabling XMP first too to see if that helps.
