Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue with my custom-built PC that has been ongoing for about 1.5 years now. I built it back in August 2024, and here are my specs: AMD 7800X3D CPU, ASUS B650E-E TUF Gaming motherboard, 32GB Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM, Asrock AMD RX7900XT 20GB GPU, and an MSI 850W 80+ Gold PSU. Despite those solid specs, my PC freezes during gameplay without warning. I can still hear the game audio for about 10 seconds before everything goes silent, and I'm left completely locked out, needing to force a restart. I've monitored the temps while this happens, and they always seem normal. I even took my PC to Microcenter, and after running stress tests for four straight days, they couldn't pinpoint any issues. I feel like I've tried everything! Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

Does this issue happen with just one game, or are multiple games affected? Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall any drivers or even Windows? It's worth checking out if the freezing is game-specific or more widespread.
So it sounds like it's happening on various titles rather than just one. I noticed it happens every few days on Arc Raiders, and more frequently on Marvel Rivals. Strangely enough, it hasn’t happened at all during CSGO.
I suggest trying to run MemTest86 overnight. It can help identify any issues with your RAM that might not show up during routine tests.

Just a heads up, I think I ran MemTest before, and nothing came up. Also, Microcenter had my PC for several days, so I assume they would have tested it out as well.
I've completely reinstalled Windows before, and that didn't solve the problem. It might be a driver issue, but I'm not sure which ones to look into since I've already reinstalled a lot of them. It seems to happen on certain games but not all.
