My PC is stuck on UEFI BIOS settings screen, any tips to get past it?

Hey everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC. Occasionally, when I power it off and then back on, I get this black screen that shows my computer's logo in the center, with 'Republic of Gamers' below it. The screen prompts me to press DEL or F2 to access the UEFI BIOS settings, but nothing happens when I try to do that. Restarting doesn't help, and even the Ctrl+Alt tricks don't work. The only way I can get it to start properly is by unplugging everything and waiting for 1-6 hours, which is super inconvenient. Any advice on how to resolve this without the long wait?

Have you thought about resetting the CMOS? There should be a jumper on your motherboard for that. Sometimes the BIOS can get corrupted and resetting it might help. Also, double-check your power setup—if there’s an issue with grounding, it could create some problems too.

I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but my dad is. We had this problem for a while now, and he even replaced something that looked like a silver coin (a battery). Is that what you’re talking about? The motherboard says A2 if that helps.
