My PC Keeps Rebooting – Any Ideas on Fixing This?

I've been having a frustrating issue with my PC that's been working fine for the last two weeks. Suddenly, it just keeps restarting and sometimes I can't even get past the Windows startup screen. When I try to start it, it runs for about two minutes before shutting down again, and then it starts the whole process over.

I've already removed and reseated the RAM, and it seemed to work briefly before the shutdown happened again. I even considered overheating as a potential issue, so I replaced the thermal paste on the CPU, but that didn't help either. My BIOS is accessible, and I have a Tomahawk WiFi B650 motherboard with a 7600 CPU and a 5060ti GPU. Any advice on what might be causing this issue?

First off, if your BIOS is stable, it suggests that something might be going wrong once Windows tries to boot. Have you looked at your CPU's temperature settings in the BIOS? If everything else seems fine, try booting with no storage devices connected. Sometimes a faulty drive can make the PC freeze and restart.

The CPU and motherboard temperatures are normal—around 45 degrees, and the GPU is between 35-45. I actually have another PC with similar specs, and I thought about testing the RAM there. I'm also considering reinstalling Windows as a possible solution, but it feels like a tricky situation.
