I'm having a serious issue with my new PC: it sounds like a jet engine running all the time! The noise seems to be coming from the intake fans on my AIO radiator. I've tried adjusting the fan curve in the Gigabyte BIOS to keep them silent unless the temperature hits 100C, but it's still super loud. At idle, my CPU temps are around 45-50C, which isn't too bad, and they go up to 65-73C under stress, so I don't think that's the problem.
For some context, I had to flip the AIO upside down to fit my RTX 5090 without blocking the tubes, but my temps seem fine despite the change. On top of that, I've been having issues with the Lian Li case fans, so they aren't set up yet. I've spent a lot of money on this build, and I'm really frustrated that it sounds like a jet engine 24/7. Any advice would be fantastic!

Could you share some pictures of your setup? It might be a fan control issue. If you set the curve in BIOS, do you have any software that might override it? Also, check which port your AIO is plugged into; if the curve is set for the wrong fan, your AIO could be running at 100% constantly.
Your AIO uses Arctic 140 Pro fans, which are known for great performance but are also pretty noisy. I’ve got two in my rig and it sounds like a jet when I boot it up!
Did you set your fan curve to keep them at 0% until 50C? You may want to show your fan curve setup. Are all the fans making noise? What kind of sound is it exactly? Also, can you show what your build looks like?
I set it to 0% until 100C just to see if that would help stop the noise, and it worked a bit! Now it’s only roaring when I'm actually using the PC. All three radiator fans make this loud jet engine noise, which is pretty annoying. Here’s a link to a pic of my setup: (https://imgur.com/a/WIrX347)
Make sure you’ve selected the right power mode for your fan curve. If you set a DC fan as PWM, it could cause that noise you're hearing.
Can you explain a bit more? I put all my fans in manual mode and set the curve to be as low as possible. Is that what you meant?
What kind of pics do you need? I can try to get them when I'm home. As for the setup, my pump is connected to CPU_FAN, the fan to CPU_OPT, and VRM is on FAN4_PUMP.
