My PC randomly reboots while playing certain games – need help!

I've noticed that my computer reboots on its own when I'm playing specific games like Where Winds Meet, Helldivers 2, and Nightreign. However, I've had no issues with games like League, Resident Evil 4 Remake, and Cyberpunk. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps already: disabling XMP, disabling C State, updating the BIOS, monitoring CPU and GPU temperatures, and ensuring my AMD chipset and GPU drivers are up to date. I've also checked the event viewer, which keeps reporting a Kernel Power error 41 along with error 6008, and I researched some possible solutions. I changed the outlet too, but the issues persist. My PC is quite new, only bought it on November 27, 2025, and I haven't overclocked it at all. I'm planning to get it checked at the shop I purchased it from, but I wanted to see if anyone else has faced similar problems.

Check out these common troubleshooting steps related to event ID 41. They could provide you with some insights on what might be happening: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/performance/event-id-41-restart.

I'll look into those after my shift. I think I saw some of that stuff when I was browsing through the event viewer.

If your PC crashes and turns off immediately, it's likely the headset audio drivers causing the issue. I've found Razer Synapse to be particularly problematic in such cases.

It's a straight-up reboot; could the Realtek audio drivers be causing that?

First off, does your computer just shut down or does it reboot? If you get mini dumps in C:windowsminidump, that could indicate a blue screen issue. If it completely shuts down and stays off, it could point to a power supply issue. The NEO ECO Gold isn't the best PSU out there, but it should work for your setup unless it's defective.

It just reboots on its own; it doesn't stay off. I checked, and there are no mini dumps in the Windows subfolder either. I dealt with a similar problem on my old PC, but that PSU was pretty aged—like five years old.
