My PC Shuts Down After Installing a New AIO Cooler—What’s Going On?

Hey everyone! I just installed a new all-in-one cooler, the Deepcool Gammaxx L240 V2, and I'm having some issues. The PC boots up fine, but as soon as I try to open any program, it shuts down instantly. I made sure to connect all the cables correctly and applied a decent amount of thermal paste myself. Initially, I thought it could be a power supply problem since my components should be using around 260 watts out of the 650 watt PSU, but that doesn't seem to add up. Plus, the system feels a bit laggy since I changed the cooler. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Just a heads-up, sometimes when installing new AIOs, people forget to check if the pump is functioning properly. Ensure it's running; the tubes should feel cool. If they're warm, the pump might not be working. Also, keep an eye on the connectors to your motherboard to make sure everything’s tight and in the right place.

It sounds like you might have missed a step with your AIO. Double-check that you removed any plastic protection film from the cooler's pump before installation. If not removed, that could cause cooling issues. Also, make sure that the pump is actually working—check if the tubes feel cool because that indicates proper circulation. If everything seems fine, you might want to look into other potential problems, like PSU issues or even driver conflicts.
