I'm facing an annoying and intermittent issue with my Windows PC where it sometimes fails to boot properly. Most of the time, it powers on—fans spin, and lights come on—but my monitor shows no signal, and I can't even see the motherboard logo. This happens before the POST process begins. If it fails to boot, the only way I've found to get it working again is to unplug all USB devices and my second monitor, and even then, it often takes multiple attempts before it finally boots into Windows. I'm starting to think this might be a hardware issue, possibly related to the power supply or a bad USB port. What should I do to resolve this? My specs are as follows: Intel i5-9400F, Asus ROG Strix B-365G motherboard, GTX 1660 Super GPU, and a 450W PSU.

I’d suggest checking the power supply (PSU) first. It's common for PSUs to cause random boot issues like yours. Before jumping to that, try resetting the CMOS, disconnecting all internal connections, and booting with just one stick of RAM. If that doesn’t work, then definitely replace the PSU—it’s a relatively easy fix! A failing PSU can make everything else act strange too, so it’s worth checking out.
Yeah, the PSU might be the culprit here. But try out some troubleshooting first, like reseating the RAM and graphics card. Just a heads up, you might want to run some diagnostic tools once you’re back up. There’s a chance other components could be throwing off signals because of a faulty power supply. Keep an eye on it.
