My PC Won’t Boot with 4 RAM Sticks After Upgrading CPU, Any Ideas?

I'm really stuck here. I upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 1600AF to a Ryzen 5 5600X, and now my PC just won't boot with both kits of RAM installed. I have an MSI B450M PRO VDH MAX motherboard, and I used to run two 16GB Vengeance LPX 3200Mhz RAM kits for a total of 32GB without issues. After the CPU upgrade, it won't boot with all slots populated, and the CPU Debug light just stays on.

I've updated the BIOS to the latest version, and I've checked that each stick works fine individually and that all RAM slots are functioning. The PC boots without a hitch when I use one kit at a time in the A2-B2 configuration. I'm really missing the extra 16GB of RAM! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked if XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) is enabled in the BIOS? It's also crucial that your RAM kits are identical; mixing sets isn't officially supported. Try using CPU-Z to look at the SPD tab and confirm that they're exactly the same, as the Ryzen 5 1600AF might have had a more forgiving memory controller. The BIOS might also be running one kit at a different speed, which could lead to these issues.

Yes, they are identical in timings and voltage. The only difference I see is v3.32 versus v3.31, and I do have XMP turned on.
