I just built a new PC, and everything seems to power on, but it won't post. The white boot light on my motherboard is lit up and only turns off when I connect the USB with Windows installed on it. I've already updated the BIOS and reset the CMOS by removing the battery. I've unplugged and re-plugged all cables and reseated the RAM, but I'm at my wit's end. My setup includes an MSI B550M VC WiFi motherboard, Ryzen 5 5500 CPU, Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM, and a GeForce RTX 3050. The only other fix I can think of is reformatting the USB. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Just checking, but have you made sure to adjust the boot order in your BIOS to prioritize the USB drive? You might not be able to reach the BIOS screen yet if the system isn't fully booting up, but it's worth mentioning.
Can you clarify what you mean by 'everything turns on'? Are the fans and RGB lighting working, or are there other signs of power?
Yes, my fans are lighting up and spinning, so I think the power is definitely reaching the components.

I haven't been able to get to the BIOS screen, so I can't adjust anything there.
