My PC Won’t Turn On After a Power Outage – What Should I Do?

Hey everyone! I had a brief power outage today, and now my PC won't turn on at all. It's completely dead: no lights, no fans, nothing. I wasn't home during the outage, and I had the PC turned off, but the power supply was still connected. Luckily, everything else in my house is working fine, including another PC. I don't have any surge protection. What can I do to get my system back up and running? Is it repairable, or should I just give up on it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like the power supply might have kicked the bucket from that outage. I had a similar issue once, but when I swapped out my power supply it powered right back on. If getting a new power supply isn’t too much trouble, I’d say give that a shot first! Glad to hear it’s just the power supply in your case.
