My PC Won’t Turn On After Leaving It in the Car

I recently took my PC to my parents' house but left it in the car for two days without using it. Now that I'm back home, my PC won't turn on at all. I don't think anything could have happened during the drive since it was a short distance and it was secured, plus the weather was about the same temperature as my room.

I saw a suggestion about disconnecting the power supply from the wall and holding the power button for 30 seconds before plugging it back in, but I'm unclear on which cable to unplug. I don't have much knowledge about computer hardware since I mainly just game on it. There are several cables from the power supply connected to the motherboard, and I'm not sure where to start.

I've already tried unplugging and replugging all the cables, but that didn't help. Is there a chance my power supply cable could be dead, even if I didn't use my PC during that time?

It sounds like something may have come loose inside your PC. Try reseating the graphics card (GPU) and RAM. Also, make sure all the power connections from the power supply unit (PSU) are secure. It's essential to check these connections, especially if it's your first time opening the case. If you're unsure where the GPU and RAM are located, it might be a good idea to ask a friend to help you out!

Are all power connections referring to every cable from the PSU? I've unplugged them all but didn't reseat the GPU or RAM yet. I'm a bit clueless about where those parts are, so I think I'll get some help from friends.

Have you tried flipping the switch on the back of your power supply? Sometimes that gets toggled accidentally. Just make sure to check it before doing anything else!
