My PC Won’t Turn On—Where Should I Start Troubleshooting?

I've been having troubles with my PC for over a year now. It randomly shuts off and reboots during normal use, and just today, it completely turned off and won't power back up. The fans and GPU lights come on, but there's no signal to the monitor, and none of my peripherals are responding. Here's what I have for specs: Intel Core i7-10700F processor, MSI GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, Asus PRIME H570-PLUS motherboard, 16 GB of TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z RAM, a 500GB Samsung 870 Evo SSD, and a 1TB M.2 Samsung 970 Evo. My power supply is a Cougar BXM750 (750 watt, bronze).

A good initial step is to clear the CMOS and update your BIOS to the latest version. This can sometimes fix weird power-related issues. Just keep in mind you may need to remove your GPU to access the CMOS battery, so plan ahead!

Yeah, I'll have to do that tomorrow. Thanks for the tip!

First off, it's great that you provided the specs! Intel CPUs have been known to have issues like this, so it's a good place to start. Make sure all your connections are secure and consider checking the motherboard for any signs of damage or burnt parts. Sometimes, just reseating components can help!

Thanks! I'll take a look at the motherboard and connections to see if anything looks off.
