I'm having trouble with my Philips SPK7315 mouse. It's connected to my computer and shows as working properly in the device manager, but the mouse itself doesn't move at all. It's a rechargeable model that uses a wireless USB dongle. Any ideas on how I can get it working again?

It might be a pairing issue. Try resetting the mouse by holding down the left and right buttons along with the wheel for about 5 to 10 seconds. Also, plug the dongle directly into the PC instead of through any hub, and then toggle the power on the mouse. You can find more tips in this guide.
First, check if your mouse is fully charged. Sometimes it can be deceiving. If it’s charged, try removing the device from your system and re-adding it. You could also reinstall the drivers if you're able to find them. Also, try plugging the USB dongle into a different port, or even restarting your computer might help!
Yea, I know it's charged, but I couldn't find the drivers. I tried a different USB port, but that didn't work either. I've restarted my computer so many times, I lost count!

Let me give that a try and see if it helps!
