Hey everyone! Yesterday, I had a technician come over to clean my computer, including the GPU, CPU, and fans. He also updated some drivers, but now my WiFi has completely stopped working. It can barely find any networks, and when it does, I struggle to connect or experience extremely slow speeds (like 3mb/s). It's so bad that I can't even load emails or web pages. Plus, it disconnects every 30 seconds, making my PC unusable. Other devices are working fine, so it's definitely an issue with this computer. I've tried disabling and re-enabling the network card, updating it, and even rebooting the router, but nothing has helped. Do you have any suggestions? I'm thinking I might have to call the technician again, but I'd love to fix it myself if possible since I'm not really sure what went wrong.

Honestly, your best bet might just be taking it back to the technician. Since he was the last one to work on it, he could probably fix it for you without much hassle.
Have you tried searching for the correct drivers and reinstalling them? Sometimes, during updates, things get messed up and a fresh driver install could do the trick.
Is this a laptop or a desktop? It's helpful to know since the troubleshooting steps might differ a bit.
It's a desktop.
I know I might have to call him back, but I was hoping to hear some ideas from here first to see if I could tackle it myself.
