Hey everyone, I recently updated my BIOS from version D1 to F67, and now my Windows won't boot at all. When I start my computer, it just gets stuck on the GIGABYTE logo, and sometimes it hangs on the 'Preparing Automatic Repair' message. My specs are a GTX 1660 Super graphics card, an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, and a Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 motherboard. I decided to update the BIOS because my PC was shutting down unexpectedly while gaming, and the Event Viewer was showing a critical hardware error related to the processor. Before the update, everything was working fine. Any tips to get my system up and running again?

Hey! It sounds like a common issue after a BIOS update. First, you should check your startup options in the BIOS. Sometimes, the SATA mode resets to default during an update, which can prevent Windows from booting. Try switching between UEFI and CSM modes; that might help. Don't worry, it's normal for some settings to change after an update. Just make sure to revert them back to what they were before, and you should be all set!
If you're unsure about how to access the BIOS settings, it might be worth resetting your PC. You can enter the BIOS setup while it's booting up. Just keep an eye on the screen for prompts about entering BIOS setup. Make sure your BIOS settings match what they were prior to the update. Good luck!
