My Work Internet Won’t Connect: DNS Issues Help Needed!

I'm having trouble with my work internet and need some help. It's showing a message that it can't reach the DNS server. Here are the details:
- IP Address: 192.168.167.110
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Gateway: 192.168.167.2
- Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
- IPv6 is disabled.

I've tried setting it to DHCP, but that didn't seem to fix it. Also, I'm not sure what this 'gateway metric' thing is. Any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like your IT department needs to take a look at this. A lot of times, DNS issues can be caused by network configuration on their end. Have you asked them about that yet? Sometimes they might need to update something on their side before you can connect properly.

Yeah, I thought about that too! I might reach out to them, but I feel like If I tweak my IP settings, it could help.
