Need Help Building a New Gaming PC

Hey everyone! I'm looking to build a new gaming PC and I could really use some advice. I'm considering a GPU around the 5070 Ti or 9070 XT level, and the CPU I have in mind is the 7800X3D. Here are my main questions:

1. Are either the 5070 Ti or 9070 XT the best options in terms of price to performance, or is there another card that might be better in the same price range? I've also been looking at the 4070 Ti Super.
2. If these GPUs are solid, what price range do you think is fair for them?
3. For the PSU, I'm thinking about getting an 850W power supply just to be safe, but some people say a 750W would work fine. What do you recommend?
4. What would be a good motherboard to pair with this GPU and CPU combo?
5. Lastly, can anyone suggest a good case?

My budget is around $2000, but I'm open to saving some cash on parts if it makes sense!

The RX 7900 XT is another option to think about, especially for non-ray tracing games since it has similar performance and more VRAM. Just keep an eye out for prices; if you can find it for under $600, that might be a steal. Otherwise, it’s not worth it compared to the other options.

I was hoping to find a 9070 XT close to MSRP. Do you think that’s realistic right now?
