Hey everyone! I'm diving into building my first PC, and I have to admit, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I've selected some components, but I'm not sure if they're the best choices. My budget is around $2,000, and I'd really appreciate any advice or recommendations on the parts I've picked out (or suggestions for other components). I want to make sure I get everything right, so any tips would be great! Thanks in advance!

If you’re aiming for around $1,400 like me, I recently built a great system with an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X and an ASRock RX 7900 XTX. It could handle most games at 1440p and even 4k for a decent price! Plus, it was pretty easy to put together. If you're curious, I can share the build details with you.
Just a heads-up, you can't use DDR4 memory with AM5 chips, so you might need to switch to DDR5. It's a bit pricier, but it’s the way to go for better future-proofing your build!
So, I noticed you chose the AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, which is solid, but if you want a little more power for not much extra cash, check out the Ryzen 7 7800X3D instead. It's slightly pricier at around $358, but gives awesome performance. Also, for cooling, consider the Thermalright Phantom Spirit CPU cooler. It's inexpensive and very effective!
That's a great tip! I was thinking about going for a cheaper CPU, but the 7800X3D seems worth the investment for better performance.
Totally agree! Plus, you might want to invest in a 1000W power supply since GPUs are getting hungrier with power.

Good to know! What DDR5 RAM would you suggest?
