Hey everyone! I'm really not tech-savvy, so I hope you can bear with me. I just received a prebuilt PC that my boyfriend got for me, and I was super excited to set it up today. I managed to install the graphics card and connect to WiFi, but then I was greeted with a "Choose an option" screen. I've tried rebooting and going through various troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to help. I'm feeling pretty lost and disappointed since it's my day off, and I just wanted to dive into my new computer. Is this an easy fix? Am I missing something obvious? I'd really appreciate any guidance you can offer!

It sounds like you're stuck on the setup screen that appears during the initial boot. This sometimes happens with new PCs. Could you share a screenshot of that screen? It might give us more insight into what's going on.
There's a chance that your PC just needs a clean installation of the operating system. If you have access to a bootable USB, you could try reinstalling Windows or resetting it. Just be sure to back up any important files first if you can!
