I've recently upgraded to full fibre broadband with Sky, and I'm having some issues with my setup. Before the upgrade, everything was working smoothly with my Sky Hub and TP-Link TL-SG105S Ethernet switch. But now, when I connect devices through the Ethernet switch, they just won't connect at all. However, if I plug devices directly into the Sky Hub with an Ethernet cable, they work fine. I'm starting to wonder if the Ethernet switch is compatible with fibre broadband or if I need to adjust any settings. I've seen other people having similar issues but haven't found any clear solutions. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like your connection setup might need a little tweaking. Can you confirm which specific model of the Sky Hub you're using? It can help diagnose the problem better. Also, make sure your switch is properly connected to the hub. It would also be useful to post a picture of your current setup to get more detailed advice!
I'm using the Sky Hub 4.2. I do have an Ethernet cable from the hub to the switch, and then connecting various devices like my PS5 and Sky Q box from the switch. I can share a picture of the setup tomorrow for more clarity.
