I'm diving into my first PC build and could really use some advice! I've been checking out some videos to guide me, but I'm worried about sticking to my budget while making sure I choose the right components. Here's what I'm planning to get:

- **GPU**: XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
- **Motherboard**: ASRock B850M-X WiFi R2.0 AM5 Micro-ATX
- **Storage**: Crucial P310 500GB SSD, PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 2280
- **RAM**: kingbank silver heatsink DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHZ
- **Power Supply**: ASRock PRO 850G Gold
- **Case**: Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L Micro-ATX Tower
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
- **Monitor**: LXZ Gaming Monitor 24.5 inch, 200hz FHD 1080P

I would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions for changes. I'm excited but also quite nervous about this!

What’s your budget and location? Knowing that can help a lot with tailored suggestions. For example, if you're based in Colombia like me and aiming for around a thousand dollars, we can focus on options that suit your specific market!

I'm in Colombia too! I was thinking about 4 million pesos total.

It looks like you're putting together a solid build, but there are a few points to consider. While the AM5 platform is great for future upgrades, going with an ASRock motherboard could be limiting for your Ryzen CPU. You might want to look into alternatives that have better durability for upgrades. Also, the RAM seems a bit on the cheaper side for an AM5 setup; you might need to invest a bit more there, or consider lowering to 16GB if you're on a tight budget.

For your SSD, 500GB might fill up quickly, and since it uses QLC flash, it’s not the best in terms of speed and durability. A TLC SSD could offer better performance in the long run. The Peerless Assassin cooler is excellent, but it might be overkill for the 7500F unless you plan on upgrading the CPU soon. Overall, if your goal is to eventually replace components, you're doing okay, but just keep some of these points in mind!

Thanks for the insights! I'm already on it; just found a 7600 with its cooler as an upgrade, and I found some decent DDR4 RAM that fits my budget. Any thoughts on the MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard?

That's a solid choice! Just make sure to check compatibility with your CPU and other parts.

I noticed you're considering the Crucial P310, but beware of QLC flash—it can degrade in performance over time. You might want to check out drives with TLC technology like the Samsung 970 EVO or WD Blue SN570 for a better long-term solution.

Thanks for the info! I had no idea about QLC vs TLC. That helps a lot!
