I'm a recent computer science graduate who specialized in data and AI, and while I have three internships and some personal projects, this is my first interview after a bunch of failed applications. The role mentions a need for skills in backend development, data processing, AI integration, cloud deployment, and security management. I'm feeling a bit nervous since I'm not super experienced in these areas, even though I understand the concepts and I'm comfortable with Python and SQL. Just be honest about your experience! You can say something like, "I've built certain projects during my internships but haven't yet scaled them to production. I understand the principles behind the technologies." They reached out to you, which means they're likely more interested in your potential than just your experience. Make sure to prepare a couple of smart questions about their tech stack to show you're engaged and eager to learn!
