I just finished building my first PC, but I'm having trouble getting it to boot. When I power it on, there's a red CPU light and a yellow DRAM light lighting up on the motherboard. I've already tried clearing the CMOS by holding down the handy button on the motherboard for 15 seconds while the PSU was disconnected. I've also reseated the GPU, checked all the power cables, and tested each of the two RAM sticks in each slot. Right now, they are installed in slots A2 and B2, as indicated by the printed guide on the board.
I double-checked the CPU as well, and there were no bent pins. The motherboard box states it's compatible with Ryzen 9 series. I even left the PC running for over 15 minutes, hoping I might just be impatient, but it still isn't working. My build includes a Ryzen 7 7800x3d, Sapphire Pulse 9070xt, MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, MSI MPG AB50GS PCIE 850W PSU, KLEVV DDR5 6000 CL30 RGB RAM, and a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler. I'm really stuck and feeling discouraged. I plan to take a break and come back to it with fresh eyes tomorrow. Any advice would be truly appreciated!

It sounds like you're dealing with the DRAM LED issue. Make sure your video cable is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard. Have you tried using different RAM? If you have any DDR4 RAM around, it could help to test with that even if it’s not ideal. Just make sure the monitor is connected to the graphics card via HDMI as well.
Yeah, I only have DDR4 RAM right now. Would that even work for a quick test? The HDMI cable is all set up to the graphics card, too.
