New PC Won’t Leave BIOS—VGA Light Stuck

I just built a new PC with an MSI Trio Gaming 5080, Aorus Elite B850 Ice motherboard, and some RAM that might not be compatible. When I boot up, it goes through the VGA, DRAM, and CPU lights, but then it just gets stuck on the BIOS screen with the VGA light still on. This happens whether I use onboard graphics or my GPU. The frustrating part is that my Ducky Shine keyboard isn't working, so I can't access the BIOS at all. I've tried different USB ports with no luck. Any advice on this? Could a BIOS update help? Oh, and this issue persists even when there's no GPU installed.

This is a common issue with those high-end keyboards. They often don't have a dedicated USB-HID controller and instead rely on an SoC to emulate it. The problem is that the BIOS doesn't recognize anything that wasn't there before booting, which means you won't be able to use your keyboard until the system completely boots up. I recommend getting a basic USB keyboard for accessing the BIOS.

Have you tried connecting your keyboard to different USB ports on the motherboard instead of your case? Sometimes, if the case USB ports aren't connected properly, they won't work. Also, check if your mouse can work at this stage; it might be a keyboard issue altogether.
