I'm having trouble with Exchange Online's Outlook Web App (OWA) since it keeps getting stuck on a blue envelope screen after I log in with multi-factor authentication (MFA). This issue began after an outage was reported on June 17, 2025. I've tried logging in through both Edge and Chrome in different office locations and internet setups, but it's still just showing that blue envelope. So far, it seems like I'm the only one experiencing this in our MS365 tenant.
I've already had two Microsoft support agents look at it; they removed and re-added the license, ensured OWA is enabled, and even enabled IMAP, but nothing seems to work. They also ran some PowerShell commands to enable and disable OWA. The last step we tried was re-registering my MFA, but that didn't fix it either. I really suspect there's an issue on the MS365 backend causing this. Has anyone else encountered this issue before?

Have you checked if the issue persists across different browsers? It sounds like you've done a lot already, but sometimes clearing cache and cookies can help. If everything works fine on other machines, it seems to relate more to your user profile. It might also be worth checking with Microsoft directly if this issue is recognized on their end.
I’m dealing with a similar problem. The user can’t access their mailbox via OWA on their device, but I can access it as an Admin on my machine. Perhaps the user should try logging in from a completely different network to see if that resolves the problem.
