I recently upgraded my prebuilt PC, which has an i7-12700F CPU and 32GB of DDR4 RAM, by switching from an RTX 3070 to an ASUS RTX 5070. Ever since this upgrade, my PC has been freezing consistently. It starts up normally, but after about 3-4 minutes, the screen just freezes, and the GPU fans stop suddenly. I've already tried installing both the latest and some older drivers that I found recommended online, but nothing seems to solve the issue. I've been wondering if this could be related to my power supply unit (PSU), but I'm not sure how to diagnose this. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like a PSU problem to me. Your Corsair CV650 isn't the strongest unit out there. How long have you been using it?
I got the PC in late 2023. I was reading that if the PSU were the issue, the whole system might shut off. But mine just freezes with the display still showing stuff.
