I'm facing a frustrating issue with my PC where it won't boot after I enabled Secure Boot in the BIOS. I'm trying to install Windows 11 on a Gigabyte motherboard (GA-Z270M-D3H). Now, I'm caught in this endless boot loop, and I can't even access the BIOS setup to make any changes. I've already tried several troubleshooting steps: removing all hardware except for one DDR4 RAM stick, clearing the CMOS by jumping it, holding the power button, and even taking the battery out for a few hours. I've also attempted to use the integrated GPU on my 7700 CPU with both HDMI and DVI outputs, but nothing works. I know some folks might suggest flashing the BIOS, but unfortunately, my motherboard lacks Q-Flash Plus, and I can't access the BIOS through the normal method. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Have you tried disabling Secure Boot again? If you could just get into the BIOS, that might solve your problem. However, since you're locked out, you might need to go for more drastic measures like resetting the BIOS settings to defaults, if that's possible with your setup.
Just a heads-up, always make sure you have a backup of your data before making BIOS changes. If you can eventually access it, turning off Secure Boot might let you boot normally, but before that, you might need to try a few methods to reset your BIOS settings.
It seems like many users with similar motherboards run into issues when they enable Secure Boot. Some have managed to resolve it using the BIOS flashback feature. Since your board doesn't have Q-Flash Plus, maybe finding a local repair shop could help if they can reflash the BIOS for you.
