PC Turns On But Won’t Connect to Keyboard, Monitor, or Mouse

I recently upgraded my PC with a new B450 motherboard, an RTX 4060 GPU, and an AMD Ryzen 5 5500 processor. Everything was working fine until yesterday when my PC just shut down unexpectedly while I was on a call. Interestingly, my brother's PC also crashed at the same time but was fine after a reboot. I've got a 650W PSU, which I think should be enough power. I've tried troubleshooting by changing the RAM sticks and reseating the GPU, but nothing worked. The CMOS battery can't be removed because it's secured, but I attempted to clear the cache using a screwdriver, and that didn't help either. Now, the only way to turn off the PC is by using the power switch at the back. The monitor, keyboard, and mouse are all plugged in correctly, and they worked without issues for about a week before this incident. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem?

Have you checked to see if your motherboard gives any beep codes or lights when you remove the RAM? That could indicate if it's actually booting up properly. If it's silent and shows no lights, it could indicate an issue with the motherboard or power connections.

No beeps or lights at all. I don’t think my motherboard has any troubleshooting LEDs based on what I can see.

I’m curious about your shutdown issue. When you say the only way to turn it off is with the switch at the back, does that mean Windows isn’t shutting down like it should? You might be having a power or hardware setup issue that's preventing it from booting correctly, especially if input devices aren’t recognized at all.

Exactly, I can't connect the keyboard, mouse, or monitor at all. Holding the power button does nothing, so I have to use the PSU switch.
