PC Won’t Boot After Deleting Linux Partition

I had a dual boot setup with Windows on my C drive and Linux on a partition in my D drive, but since I wasn't using Linux, I deleted it using Windows' disk partition management tool. This left an unallocated partition on the D drive that I couldn't merge with the others due to a system partition being in the way. I then used cmd to delete that system partition and expanded my D drive, thinking it was safe since Windows is on the C drive and has boot priority in BIOS. However, now my PC doesn't display anything when I restart; the screen stays black, and I can't access Windows or even the BIOS. I've tried removing the D drive, flashing the CMOS, and changing the displayport cable, but nothing has worked. Here are my specs:
- AMD Ryzen 5800X3D
- NVIDIA RTX 3080
- 32GB DDR4
- MSI MAG X570S TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI
- 1x1TB Samsung M.2 SSD (C drive)
- 1x1TB WD M.2 SSD (D drive)

It looks like you've accidentally removed your boot loader by deleting that system partition. To fix this, you'll need to boot your PC with a Windows PE USB drive and repair the boot loader from there. You shouldn't need to recreate the SYSTEM partition; just updating the boot files to point to the C drive should be enough.

I tried booting from the USB, but it just keeps showing a black screen!
