PC Won’t Boot After Installing New Power Supply

I recently installed a new Corsair CV650 power supply in my PC, but now it's refusing to boot. When I try to turn it on, the CPU LED lights up briefly before turning off, then the RAM LED comes on for about a second before the cycle repeats. This is strange because my old power supply didn't have any issues. I've already tried resetting the CMOS, checking all the cables, and testing different RAM slots with no success.

Did you happen to use the cables from your old PSU? Sometimes mixing cables can cause issues.

Just curious, why did you decide to replace your power supply in the first place? Maybe that could be linked to the current issue.

Looks like there might be a power connection issue. Can you send some pictures of the connections? It could help pinpoint the problem.

Have you tried booting with just one stick of RAM in the second or fourth slot? Sometimes that can help get things rolling.

If you're using an AMD motherboard, give it a little time to fully boot. It might just be going through memory training, which can take a few minutes. Also, ensure all your cables are secure on both the motherboard and PSU, and that the PSU is set to the right mode—it shouldn't be in eco mode if it has that option.
