PC Won’t Boot After Upgrading CPU Cooler, GPU, and PSU

I've just upgraded my PC with a new AIO cooler, a PSU (specifically the MSI MAG A750BN PCIE), and a GPU (the 9070XT Nitro+). Now, when I try to boot, all the RGB lights are on and the fans are spinning, but my power button LED flashes quickly and then shows no signal on the monitor. After that, the system calms down unless I unplug and reinsert the DisplayPort cable. I've already cleared the CMOS, tried using just one stick of RAM and switched their positions, and reseated both the RAM and GPU. I'm looking for any advice or troubleshooting steps to help me get this sorted out.

What motherboard are you using? Also, do you see any error LEDs? That could give us a clue about what's going wrong.

I don't have a DEBUG system on this board, unfortunately.

It's an H610M-A.

Can you share your full specs? And where's your DisplayPort cable connected—to the GPU or the motherboard? Also, I noticed that your PSU's 12VHPR cable is rated for 300W, while your GPU requires 330W. That might be causing a problem if you're just using that cable without an adapter.

Here's my setup: Intel i5-14400F, 9070XT Nitro+, PRIME H610M-A WIFI, 3000D Case, 2x16GB DDR5 5200 RAM, MSI MAG A750BN PSU, 1TB SN770 M.2 SSD, and a Thermalright AQUA ELITE 240 ARGB cooler. I also tried booting up without the GPU, but I still get the same flashing power button and no other response.

It might also help to reseat the CPU cooler. If it's too tight, it could be causing issues.
