Hey everyone, I recently got an email that freaked me out. It had one of my passwords in it and claimed that the sender has a video of me, which is pretty alarming. I'm not sure if this is just a scam or if I should really be worried about it. What do you all think?

This sounds like a scam. You should definitely change your passwords just to be safe. It's not uncommon for these things to happen.
