Recommendations for a Low Coil Whine Power Supply for Audio Production

I'm experiencing excessive coil whine with my EVGA G5 650 power supply, which is interfering with the audio path of my USB interface. Despite my efforts to eliminate ground loops, it seems that the noise is coming from bus noise and coil whine, likely due to a noisy PSU. Recently, I noticed a significant change in the noise floor through my audio monitors when switching the ECO mode on and off. I'm looking for suggestions on a quality power supply that minimizes noise for my audio production setup. Here are my specs: Intel 9900k (not overclocked), Be Quiet air cooler, Gigabyte Designare Z390, 2x Samsung Evo M.2 drives, 1 Samsung SATA drive, and an RTX 2060.

You might want to upgrade your PSU and see if that reduces the noise. I had similar issues with Gigabyte boards; they can create a lot of audio interference. After switching to an MSI board, the problem cleared up.

Coil whine can be really unpredictable. There's no surefire way to know whether a particular PSU will be noisy or quiet in that regard. The best bet is to buy from a store that has a solid return policy so you can swap it out if you aren't happy with it.

Just an FYI, USB uses a digital signal, so ideally, analog noise shouldn't affect it. Are you using a specific audio interface for your setup?
