Hey everyone! My old PC just died, and I'm excited to build my very first rig. A friend is helping me out, so I'm looking to learn a lot throughout this process. I've put together a build list and would love to hear your thoughts! Below are the components I'm considering:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor - €145.00
- **CPU Cooler**: ID-COOLING SE-214-XT ARGB - €24.16
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte A520M K V2 Micro ATX AM4 - €59.99
- **Memory**: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 - €124.34
- **Storage**: PNY CS900 500 GB SSD - €38.77
- **Storage**: Western Digital AV-GP 1 TB HDD - €49.99
- **Video Card**: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB - €367.16
- **Case**: Noua Diamond C112 ATX Mid Tower - €39.99
- **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A650BN 650 W - €64.98
- **Wireless Adapter**: TP-Link TL-WN821N - €8.99
- **Case Fans**: Xilence XPF92.R - €2.87 each (x2)

**Total Cost**: €929.11

So, what do you all think? Is this a solid build for my needs? Will it hold up for a while?

That GPU is awesome! Just remember, power supplies play a big role in overall performance too. It might be worth looking for a slightly higher wattage power supply if you decide to upgrade in the future.

Your build looks solid overall! Just make sure to check the compatibility of the RAM and motherboard since prices fluctuate. Also, going with an NVMe SSD instead of the HDD could give you a significant speed boost.

Have you thought about extending your budget a bit? If you don’t mind aesthetics, you’re really close to being able to afford an AM5 build with better components. It could help future-proof your rig a little more.

I don’t mind aesthetics either! I could try for deals during Black Friday. But the case I want is €57, not updated in the price list, and the memory is currently out of stock until next year.

Also, some of those storage options might not be the best long term. It could be worth investing in a better SSD now, since HDDs are kinda outdated for new builds.
