I'm on the lookout for a Canadian Value-Added Reseller (VAR) that can help with hardware procurement and provide hands-on services before sending devices out to end users. We need a partner who can supply standard hardware like laptops, monitors, and docking stations, store the equipment, perform light configuration tasks (like asset tagging and Autopilot setups), and ship directly to users across Canada. In the U.S., we use SHI for warehousing and white-glove services, but they don't provide the same operational support in Canada, so I'm exploring other options. Any recommendations or experiences with Canadian VARs that offer these services would be greatly appreciated!
