I'm expecting delivery of my Asus Prime 9070 XT this week, but I'm starting to feel anxious after seeing all the negative feedback about their RMA and customer service. I ordered it directly from Asus.com with a nice discount, just under MSRP, and I chose the White OC version to match my white PC build. Should I return it and look for a more reputable model from another AMD partner like Sapphire or Powercolor? I'm open to any advice you all might have!

I've seen similar bad reviews about Asus, but I can't stress enough that if you find yourself needing support, just keep pushing them. Be persistent! Generally, Asus products hold up well. It's disappointing about their service, but you might be lucky with the card itself.
I totally get your concern! I've read about Asus's customer service too. Personally, I've had two good experiences with them when I contacted their support. If you snagged it below MSRP and couldn't find a better deal elsewhere, I'd say keep it and see how things go.
I've heard mixed reviews about Asus's RMA, but personally, my experience was fine. They handled my issue without much hassle. Just hope for the best, and if it works fine through the warranty, you likely won't need to deal with customer service at all!
One major downside—my friend had a nightmare trying to RMA his 3090. Hours on the phone, and they acted like it was all on him. That's why I wouldn't touch any ASUS product again. Just be cautious!
Honestly, most of the big brands have their issues. I had a rough time with MSI's support—took them forever to acknowledge my problem. You might want to give Asus a shot since you got it at a good price; hopefully, you won't need to use their support at all. I say stick with it for now.
