Should I Build or Buy a Gaming PC for Under $1500?

I'm a 13-year-old gamer looking to upgrade my outdated PC, which just can't keep up anymore. I game casually on weekends and after sports, and I need something that can handle games like Call of Duty or Battlefield 6 without lagging. My budget is $1500 max, but if anyone has suggestions for a solid build around $1200, that would really help. I'm thinking about graphics cards like the 5060 or 4060, but I'm open to better options. Ultimately, I just want a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience, so any recommendations would be awesome! Sorry if I'm slow to respond; I've got a busy few weeks ahead.

Before deciding on a new setup, what are the specs of your current PC? Are you using a desktop or a laptop?

It's a desktop.

Just to clarify, "stationary" means the PC was moving before? It’s better to say "desktop."

Check out this build I put together for you!
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 5 9600X for about $188
- **GPU:** ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9070 XT for $610
- **RAM:** 32 GB DDR5 for about $180
- Everything else like a good motherboard and SSD brings the total to around $1476. Here’s the full list: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RsTtjn). It gives you great performance without breaking the bank!
