I'm currently enjoying using Omarchy on my old 2015 MacBook Pro, but I'm curious about the new M series Apple silicon chips. I've heard they're not fully compatible with Linux yet. Are there any Linux distributions that work on M series laptops? Would love some insights!

Asahi Linux has a compatibility page specifically for M series Macs, which could be a useful resource to start with if you're looking at potential distros.
You can check out Asahi Linux, but keep in mind it's still in development. Right now, it supports M1 and M2 MacBooks, but features like USB-C displays and Thunderbolt/USB4 aren't functional just yet.
Yep, Asahi Linux is available for M1 to M3 Macs according to their feature support page. Just a heads up, though, M3 and M4 have very limited support, especially for the GPU which might affect display capabilities.

So does that mean M3 and M4 MacBooks can't display anything at all?
