I'm new to building PCs and my last build was done by my brother. I recently got an RX 9060 XT Dual and paired it with a Tough Power GT 750W PSU. I think I've connected everything correctly, but when I turn on my computer, it powers up but there's no display on the monitor. My old RX 580 works fine, so I'm assuming the issue is with the new GPU.
I only have 2x 8-pin split PCIe cables from my PSU, while the graphics card has one 8-pin PCIe slot. This makes me wonder if it's not getting enough power. I'm hesitating to buy a 3rd party cable, as I've read that's not recommended, and I'm considering whether I should just get a different PSU instead. Any advice would really help. Thanks!

It sounds like you might want to check if your GPU is properly seated first. Sometimes, a bad connection can cause these issues. If everything with the installation looks good, consider trying to exchange the GPU if you can. It may just be a faulty card, unfortunately.
I don't think the lack of a dedicated PCIe cable is the problem. Most GPUs can work with what you have, especially if the PSU can deliver enough power overall. Have you checked your BIOS settings and made sure everything is updated? Sometimes it's just a matter of tweaking those settings to get it to work with new components.
Thanks for the tip! I've actually tried resetting and updating the BIOS, but nothing seems to help. I'm just trying to learn as I go!

I think I might try this! The more I read, the more it seems like I might have received a faulty GPU.
