I'm looking at two components my local shop has on discount and I'd love some advice on whether to go for them. The components are: 1) Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 ARGB for $51 and 2) NZXT C1000 Gold 2022 for $103. I'm planning to use either an Intel 14700K or AMD 265K CPU along with either a 9060XT 16GB or a 5070 GPU, depending on sales. I'm also planning for 32GB of RAM since I'll be using the PC for music production and gaming. Thanks so much for your help! 🙂

Definitely a good choice! The Arctic Liquid Freezer II is solid for the price, and getting it from a local shop means you have warranty support. If anything goes wrong, you can take it back easily.
The Arctic Liquid Freezer II is a great pick for cooling, especially at that price. As for the CPUs, the 14700K outperforms the 265K in gaming, but if you're into video editing or CAD, the 265K is better for that. If you're gaming, I recommend considering an AMD CPU for better performance in the long run. Regarding the GPUs, the 5070 is a solid upgrade over the 9060XT, but if the price difference isn't justifiable, the latter is still a reliable option. As for the NZXT C1000, it's a high-quality PSU, so if you can afford it, I'd say go for it!
Should I still go for the NZXT C1000 PSU?

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! This advice really helps!
