I'm having some weird issues with my new PC, which keeps blue screening. I think the problem might have been the default EXPO profile settings. The RAM is supposed to run at 5600MHz but initially showed up as 4800MHz, so I switched it down to 4800MHz to stabilize things. However, when I check my RAM through PowerShell and CPU-Z, it shows the part number as KF556C36-16, while the stickers on the RAM indicate KF556C36BBEK2-32. According to my motherboard's manufacturer, KF556C36BBEK2-32 is on the QVL, but KF556C36-16 isn't. I'm hoping that if I can get my PC to recognize the correct RAM model, I can enable EXPO and stop the blue screens. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Sounds like you might have been a victim of a part swap! If you bought the PC from a store, especially an open-box or a not-so-reputable one, it's possible they swapped the RAM. The safest route is to get RAM that's certified for your motherboard and CPU. You might want to return it and ask for the correct sticks.
I actually bought it brand new from a pretty well-known PC store. I guess I should just send it back and have them swap the RAM out.
