I'm looking to buy RAM quickly since it's on sale. I need to decide between 16GB (two 8GB sticks for dual channel) or going with 32GB. I play a lot of games and keep multiple tabs open in my browser, so I'd appreciate any quick advice on which option would be better for my needs!

If you run out of RAM while gaming, it can impact performance. If you often play modern games with a bunch of tabs open, you might find yourself benefiting more from 32GB.

Dual channel RAM is definitely a plus because it allows the CPU to access memory faster. If you're looking for better performance, especially in gaming, 16GB in dual channel would still be efficient, but consider how much you plan to multitask. 32GB could be more beneficial in the long term.

I'd recommend going for the 32GB option since it's more future-proof. You'll avoid running into issues down the line when playing modern games or multitasking with several apps open at once.

You should definitely check whether you're buying a 2x16GB setup or a single 32GB stick. The dual channel setup is usually better for performance, but if you're going with a single stick, then 32GB is just more room to work with.
